COVID-19 and Your Order Status
Our internet and phone service is down, calls and emails may not reach our customer service representatives at this time.
Update: At this time, for reasons beyond our control, due to Covid-19 we are unable to process orders as efficiently as we should. We apologize for any delay in order processing and we are still working hard to get product out. Once your order is fulfilled on our end you will receive tracking information and most orders arrive in three business days. Just as we are struggling to find and retain help UPS is having similar issues. There may be delays in your order shipment there also beyond our control.
We are working diligently to process orders as fast and safe as possible. All orders are made-to-order and some may take longer than others. Please allow 10-15 business days on standard orders, while large or uncommon orders may take longer, up to 4 work weeks or longer. Once your order has shipped our system will send you an email with the tracking information.
